Salon Policy
To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all clients, please review the following policies prior to your appointment:
Booking and Cancellation Fee
All services are non-refundable, but if you experience any issues with your nails, I will fix them at no extra cost, as long as the issue is due to product or application. A one-time, non-refundable $40 new client fee is required to book your first appointment and will be applied toward your total. If you no-call, no-show, a $40 fee will be charged to the card on file per service. There is a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals—anything beyond that may result in your appointment being canceled and a cancellation fee being charged. If the card is blocked or declined, you won’t be able to book again until the fee is paid. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, the fee will be waived. Any items purchased are final sale and non-refundable.
Client Responsibility
Once your appointment is complete and you leave the nail suite, any damage or issues that occur with your nails are solely your responsibility. I do not offer fixes or refunds for anything that happens outside of the salon environment.
Complimentary Beverages
As part of the Élevé experience, complimentary drinks may be offered, including both alcoholic and warm beverages.
● If you choose an alcoholic drink, you are expected to drink responsibly and understand that you assume full responsibility for your actions thereafter.
● If you choose a warm or hot beverage, please handle it with care. I am not liable for any burns or injuries resulting from its consumption.
Allergens and Consumables
I will always do my best to inform you of any known allergens in complimentary snacks or drinks. However, by choosing to consume them, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your health. Please do not consume anything if you have concerns about allergic reactions or health risks.
